The cultural alliance "Hand in Hand e.V." is an action alliance of Chemnitz clubs, artistic initiatives, cultural actors and cultural organizers at the interface between culture, politics, economy and society. The alliance represents commercial, state-funded and voluntary initiatives on an equal footing and expresses itself in terms of cultural policy by bundling the needs of the represented clubs and cultural organizers and bringing them to the attention of the corresponding local and national interest groups. The Arthur e.V. is an active member.
