Our docutainment format and one-hour showtalk with a specially invited female guest each time has become a regular program item for a steadily growing audience. The host is always theater educator, director and performer Gabi Reinhardt. This format was developed together with René Szymanski (Kulturhaus Arthur).
"Titten, Thesen, Temperamente" takes place in front of an audience and the focus is on the guest, her work and her biography. Within the one hour, without placing this in the foreground, the question is asked how far in Germany the equality between the sexes has progressed in terms of recognition of the work done, equal pay, equal respect in the work environment, equal compatibility and professional and private life. It is also an entertaining search for stereotypes, clichés and outdated role attributions between the sexes, both socially and in each individual present.
Thus, "Titten, Thesen, Temperamente" goes right to the heart of life, especially the lives of women working and living in Chemnitz, who are invited as guests. With question rounds, videos and music interludes, which are tuned to the respective invited guest and with the involvement of the audience, the show character is of course not neglected.
